MW Mobile Blog

For friends, family and the random search engine visitor. This blog started as an experiment in mobile blogging from my Palm TREO 600, 700, Prē, HTC Evo, Samsung 5, Pixel 3, Pixel 6 Pro. Now it serves as a simple repository of favorite activities. Expect bad golf, good fishing, great sailing, eating, drinking, adventure travel, occasional politics and anything else I find interesting along the way including, but not limited to, any of the labels listed here...

First shift of visitors check out of Club Shag
Plus - Special Shag Lake Visitor Poll

Brian and Andrew have departed, taking the Dream with them.

Within a few minutes, a new shift of visitors arrived...

Gryffen thinks I should be outside and he should be inside.

Before departing, Brian asked me to conduct a poll of the Blog Readers.

Here is the question - Which of the following activities at Camp represents the best "Andrew Moment"?:
  • A) Andrew brings large branch of dry wood for the camp beer brew fire, drops it proudly next to the fire, and in the process knocks over the pot containing the boiling water and brats for everyone's lunch.
  • B) Andrew wonders why the microwave is making strange noises and failing to heat his aluminum foil wrapped frozen pasty.
  • C) Andrew conspires with Brian to bring Blueberry Lager into the camp "Fruit-Free Beer Zone".Then drinks it.
  • D) All of the above.
The poll should appear in the sidebar shortly. Vote early and often.

UPDATE: The poll is now closed. Final Results For "Most Andrew Moment" is as follows

Retrieves firewood, knocks over pot with Brats.
(30%)
Microwaves aluminum foil covered pasty.
(40%)
Procures and drinks fruity beer.
(20%)
All of the above.
(40%)

Yes I know this adds up to more than 100%. It's not my fault. Talk to google.

Such a cowardly first response. Perhaps the author of this blog could post the commenter's IP address so that he/she may be tracked down and held responsible for their claims.
