Check the quantity already on the boat and buy what you like of the following.  These are suggestions.  If someone doesn't like oatmeal, don't buy it.   If you think you may run out of something, buy more.  There's another leg after you, and it sucks to run out of your favorites.
Take everything out of the cardboard boxes before it goes on the boat.  The boxes have cockroach eggs in them which will hatch in the boat.  Think premade, easy, no clean up.

Coffee
Instant Coffee
Milk.  Buy it in containers that have that have the screw tops, or it will spill.  You may have to go to a regular store to find it.
Sugar
Breakfast Cereal
Instant Oatmeal
Hot Chocolate
Bread  (Freeze at least one loaf for the end of the trip.)
Sandwich meat
Pre-made Chicken Salad in the Deli Section of Costco
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Salt, Pepper, Hot Sauce
Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches
Fruit - I suggest oranges.  They travel better
Yogurt cups.  Single serving.
Lasagna - Make sure it comes in a smaller pan that fits in the oven!!!  Don't buy a huge one.
3 other  pre-made dinners Costco sells, either fresh from the Deli section, or frozen.  Again, make sure it fits in the oven. ( Examples are enchiladas, pot roast, etc.)
Candy - Not Chocolate.  It melts.
A special treat for Easter...  Jim likes regular, Old Fashioned  Brach's Jelly Beans.
Granola bars
Beef Jerky
Cheese Slices
Crackers
Cookies
Beer/wine/whatever
Powdered Drink Mix like Gatorade

Debra,
Jim has delegated the COSTCO run to us. We are going in the morning.  Provisioning for five of us on the delivery. Any chance you can give some advice or - even better - a list?

Any help will be appreciated.
