The bartender says that the national Peruvian drink is a Pisco Sour. There were a lot of them at the bar. I had a Junipero Martini instead. Excellent. The bar is crowded which is either a plus or minus depending on your intentions. Food, location, and service is great.
I had the the ceviche' sampler, and am now highly motivated to broaden my ceviche' recipe repertoire.
