First dinner in Japan
Dinner our first night in Japan. Hayley recommends a restaurant at the top of a vertical shopping mall with views overlooking the harbor and city - "Okonomi-Yaki & Teppan-Yaki" Unsurprisingly, they specialize in the regional favorites - okonomiyaki and teppanyaki. The dishes are prepared by the chef on an open grill and served on a heated grill in the center of the table. It was delicious.
Stan, Lisa and Hayley at our table overlooking the city. That is Sigrid's wine in the corner. Blame the photographer.
