First dinner in Japan


Dinner our first night in Japan. Hayley recommends a restaurant at the top of a vertical shopping mall with views overlooking the harbor and city - "Okonomi-Yaki & Teppan-Yaki" Unsurprisingly, they specialize in the regional favorites - okonomiyaki and teppanyaki. The dishes are prepared by the chef on an open grill and served on a heated grill in the center of the table. It was delicious.
