MW Mobile Blog

For friends, family and the random search engine visitor. This blog started as an experiment in mobile blogging from my Palm TREO 600, 700, Prē, HTC Evo, Samsung 5, Pixel 3, Pixel 6 Pro. Now it serves as a simple repository of favorite activities. Expect bad golf, good fishing, great sailing, eating, drinking, adventure travel, occasional politics and anything else I find interesting along the way including, but not limited to, any of the labels listed here...

Saturday Work Crew

The big project on Saturday was to grade, rock pick, seed and straw the grounds surrounding the cottage. It's amazing how much work gets done when you have a virtually unlimited supply of slave labor unpaid interns.

Everybody pitched in for the last few tasks to help bring the New Improved Family Cottage close to normal.

The other big improvement - for the first time since Grandma Neumann's hand crank washer/wringer, we have a washer and dryer at Camp. In related news, the Gwinn laundromat files for bankruptcy.

Our resident Kenmore appliance expert oversees the delivery and installation.

Of course, the women folk love the new washer and dryer:
Staring in admiration and gratitude.
